Annual Pescadian week

Last week we had our annual Pescadian week!
From all corners of Quebec, British Columbia and Alberta, the Pescadians gathered in Carleton-sur-Mer in the Gaspé Peninsula, on the very site where the company was founded 33 years ago.
 
A week with plenty of training and learning experiences where we exchanged and shared knowledge essential to our profession, and where we improved teamwork, communications, awareness of our strengths and limitations. A precious time that helps forge our team spirit and allows us to know each other better in order to work together effectively.

We are starting 2024 full of energy and more motivated than ever!
