Environmental due diligence represents review procedures that take place during a financial transaction to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements.

During the due diligence process, PESCA’s team:

• analyzes and reviews regulations to identify permits and authorizations required for construction and operations;
• ensures that you have all the necessary environmental authorizations;
• produces the list of the required permits and authorizations and their issuance schedule.
