Biologist and founder of Pesca, Marjolaine served as CEO for 34 years. She now serves as President and Director of Projects. She has gained the confidence of many Quebec business leaders over time. The multiple awards she has won attest to this. She continues the work of Pesca, always with the same rigor, accompanying young professional (s) towards the highest standards in the industry.

Sylvain Castonguay, CEO, takes over from the company. He graduated from Bishop’s University with a degree in Business, where he has a strong background in management and business. He continued his studies at the École d'entrepreneurship de Beauce, where he developed his skills in entrepreneurship and leadership.

For more than ten years, Sylvain has been a key member of the Pesca team. Thanks to his dedication and expertise, he rose through the ranks to become the company’s CEO. It ensures that the organization has all the tools and resources necessary to fulfill our clients' mandates with success and professionalism.
