Environmental due diligence is the process of reviewing a financial transaction to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements.

During the due diligence process, the Pesca team:

• reviews and revises regulations to identify permits and authorizations required for construction and operations;
• ensures you have all the necessary environmental permits;
• produces the list of permits and authorizations and the required issuance schedule.
